We had an incredible experience at the Backpackers Island in El Nido. the bamboo cabin was cozy and had all the essentials, including a comfortable mattress and mosquito net. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions we had. the food was absolutely amazing, with a variety of delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the beach was perfect for snorkeling, with a sunken ship nearby that was teeming with sea life. We also enjoyed playing games like badminton and volleyball on the beach. it was a paradise-like experience that we would highly recommend to couples, solo travelers, and friends. Cons: Everything great 😄.

The location was beautiful, with a secluded beach that offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The crystal-clear water was perfect for snorkeling and exploring the underwater world. The staff were friendly and helpful, organizing transport to and from the hotel. The food provided was delicious, although a bit pricey. I highly recommend this hotel for a true island getaway experience.

We had the best 4 days of our whole 20 days Filipino trip here on Darocotan island. Life gets simple, reconnecting with nature through its paradise beaches and jungle, soothed by the sounds of nature. The cabins are located in the best beach of Darocotan Island and right on the beach, in front of the shipwreck. Breakfast and dinner were very good, best food option on the island. The boat to take you from mainland to the island was included and nice. The owner Tom is super friendly and helpful. The staff made my birthday memorable ❤ it was wonderful!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Simply amazing place with a jaw-dropping location! Snorkeling is super here, especially at the sunken ship that is full of sea life. The beach is calm and almost empty, perfect for relaxing. The included delicious breakfast and free water refills are a bonus. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Better than other options in El Nido. Stay 2-3 nights for the best experience. Basic but clean facilities. No worries about bugs or spiders.

I had one of the most unique experiences at Backpackers Island! The location was beautiful, with a fine beach and clear blue waters. The staff were so helpful and kind, making my stay even better. The food was excellent, especially the fish kebab. I loved the isolated feeling of being away from WiFi, it added to the getaway experience. The rooms were clean and the toilets and showers were well-maintained. The transfer to El Nido was well-organized, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend Backpackers Island for a unique stay.

The room at Bice Camp Darocotan is amazing! It's like a home away from home with a well-fitted kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator, oven, toaster, and kitchenware. I felt so comfortable and could cook my own meals whenever I wanted. The private entrance and cozy seating area added to the charm.
Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the shower in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

Pros of my stay at this amazing island hideaway include mind-blowing food, with incredibly fresh fish and generous portions that left my taste buds in awe. The snorkeling was jaw-dropping, especially near the epic shipwreck just a stone's throw away. The stunning views and sheltered beach provided a truly blissful escape, even during windy days. The boat ride was super fun and the boatmen made me feel completely safe. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. This place truly felt like paradise, with its friendly and helpful staff, magnificent location, and outstanding cuisine. I wish I could have stayed longer and experienced more of this unique island getaway!

Had a great xmas stay with incredible beach and crystal clear water. Snorkeling was amazing, saw clown fishes! Enjoyed the simplicity of the stay, with basic but clean facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful, even made a bonfire for my birthday. Free water provided and a menu with snacks and drinks.
No shade to hide from the scorching sun. Not informed about the boat ride back and had to pay extra.
